We struggle with the evening munchies. Maybe it’s because we’ve been running around all day, and evening is the first time we can relax. Maybe we do it because we’re used to snacking in the evening. Or maybe we’re bored.
In any of the above cases, we find it helpful to have some “Plan B” alternatives around to keep us from getting into the kids junk food. This evening snack has kept us on our low carb diet many times, and I hope it helps you too!
The good thing about this is that it’s fast. Try it out!
Cream Cheese Fluff
Low Carb Cream Cheese fluff
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings 4 servings
Calories 220 kcal
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup Swerve, splenda, or other sweetener of choice if using Swerve, would recommend 50/50 splenda/swerve mix
- 1 8 oz pkg Cream cheese – regular at room temp (not low fat or fat free)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Combine all and whip with blender for at least 5 minutes. Chill and serve!
There are many things you can add to change this up a bit:
- Lemon zest or lemon extract
- blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries
- add peanut butter
- add some cocoa
- Adding Torani sugar free syrups, like vanilla or raspberry or chocolate are great!
