Next on Gary’s list is to change the oil on our 2020 Ram5500 Truck. It’s a bit different than the normal engine oil change – this time he’s tackling the Axle Oil and Transfer Case Oil change!

STUFF WE BOUGHT

Gary went to the local Mopar dealer to get the oil in here. Better safe than sorry on this oil, since we don’t change it that often. So what did we get?

Rear Axle Oil

Gary used 5 quarts for the rear axle. The Dodge/Ram dealership gave us this Wynn’s brand synthetic gear oil. I couldn’t find that online anywhwere else.
