We make our way out of Illinois and head to the Land Between the Lakes for several days. How could I have missed this park the last time we visited a few short years ago? Watch the video to see more of what we did during our visit.

What I think is a better knockoff of the Instapot. This has the combination pressure cooker, slow cooker and air fryer combo and is less expensive.
I have several Instapot accessories which work just fine in here as well.
This is the current bike rack we’re using. This would work perfectly if it was able to open the other way. Right now, it’s still ok. As long as we remove Gary’s front tire, we can still get in and out of the camper while the camper is on the truck & without removing. Until we can find something better, we’re sticking with this.
