This is the fan we purchased. We actually have two of these since we replaced both the kitchen and the bathroom fans.

This is the conformal coating I used to fix both of the circuit boards as shown in the YouTube video. You won’t use much but it’s certainly worth the time and effort. We have had a bit of condensation since this update and to date, no issues (knock on wood!)
